Any lateness under 10 minutes will be deducted from your appointment time. After 10 minutes you will be considered a no show and charged according to our cancellation policy.
Same day cancellations will be charged $25 + the loss of deposit. No-show appointments will be charged 75% of service costs. Deposits paid are non-refundable. Deposits will transfer if rescheduled in the allotted time. (48 hours before appointment time)
Life happens. We understand that things change but communication is key. If you’re sick for example, we want you to stay home but please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment so empty spots can be filled. If under 48 hours please text or email.
